Additive 4218 :
We are considered to be one of the most profound processors of Low Foaming Emulsifier which is specially designed Non-ionic Additive. It is APEO Free additive that permits water incorporation in alkyd based coating systems. The offered range is highly recommended for high PVC paints like primers, oil based putty etc. Also, water can be incorporated in enamels with some compromise in performance properties.

- Compatible with all types of Alkyd Resins used for G.P. Enamels
- Addition of “Additive 4218” forms stable Emulsion resulting in longer stability
- Imparts high Viscosity to the system
- No water separation on storage and on Thinning down
Direction for Use :
- Prepare Coating System as per established formulation
- Place the finished paint under high-speed stirrer (suggested r.p.m. 700 to 1000). Add recommended dose of “Additive 4218” with constant stirring, run the stirrer for 15 minutes
- Start adding water slowly, @2 Ltrs. Per minute under continuous stirring
- Allow the machine to run for 30 minutes

Additive 4101 :
Emulsifier Free Additive is used for incorporating water in alkyd based decorative paints. This is a blend of oil derivatives mixed with Pine Oil. Further, it also allows water incorporation in oil based coating system such as high PVC paints.

- Addition of “Additive 4101” forms stronger Water-Alkyd Bond resulting in longer stability

Additive 5115:
- Manufacturing of quality “Aqueous Paste” is a complex process. “Additive 5115” is a single and simple solution. It is a combination of proven surfactants (Anionic & Non-ionic surfactants as active ingredients), system stabilizers and product preservers. Its Low Foaming Tendency permits higher Pigment Loading and makes manufacturing process easy as well as hassle free.
Advantages:
- Aqueous Paste based on “Additive 5115” forms homogeneous mixer with Distempers, Emulsion Paints, and Textured Paints, also it is ideally suitable for Textile Printing.
- Aqueous Paste based on “Additive 5115” eliminates streakiness.
Procedure:
- Premix Pigment/s and “Additive 5115” in S.S. or Plastic container. If required add some quantity of water. If possible run under high-speed stirrer for 15 minutes. Charge the Mixture thus formed to Dispersion Mill. Run it till Dispersion is achieved. (Although Additive 5115 is low foaming, addition of defoamer at regular interval is recommended to destroy the foam, if any, and achieve dispersion without hassle. Blend Defoamer with Water and this blend is required to be incorporated. Excessive of Defoamer should be avoided. Dose level of Defoamer should not exceed 0.2 to 0.4% in total) Discharge the contents from Mill. Charge the balance water to Mill and run for 5 minutes. Discharge the same to Aqua Paste container. Add thickener to achieve desired consistency.
