ADDITIVES

"Additive 4140" is a mixture of Surfactants blended in Pine Oil. "Additive 4140" permits Water incorporation in Oil based Coating Systems. It is recommended for high PVC Paints like Primers, wetting agents, Oil Based Putty etc. It can also be incorporated with Water in Enamels with some compromise in performance properties.

Additive to incorporate Water in Alkyd based Paints and Inks. It controls water separation in Alkyds based on Glycerin.

"Additive 4242" is specially designed Additive for Water incorporation in Alkyd based Paints (High PVC Paints & to Enamel with Slight reduction in gloss). It helps improve levelling.

“Add-Eco 4512” is a synergistic extract of Oil Derivative solubilised in Hydrocarbon Solvent and Polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethylene copolymer, when added to Enamel Paint improves the colour value of the Pigment.

Additive 4212 is Surface modifying Amide Wax. Its role in Surface Modification ranges from Leveling to Gloss Modification, optimizing Abrasion Resistance, increase or decrease Coefficient of Friction or improve Chemical Resistance, Matting and Water Repellency.

"Additive 4137" is heterocyclic compound specially designed to impart excellent Dispersion to positively charged products, say Carbon Black in Solvent based systems. In addition, its dewatering capability displaces traces of water thereby supporting corrosion / rust inhibition.

"Additive 4151" is resultant product of Metal Salt in Cationic Surfactant. It is an ideal addition to optimize the performance of Carbon Black Pigment.

Additive 4209 is blend of Cationic and Non-ionic Surfactant. It is suitable for Pigment for Paints, Pigment Dispersion in Epoxy Systems.

"Additive 4272" is a Dispersant based on proprietary polymer. It is ideally suitable for Alkyd Paints, and Paste Inks.

Additive 4278 is Ester Ethozylate based Dispersing Agent for Alkyd Paints, Water Based Paints, Liquid Inks (Surface and Lamination), Paste Inks (Off-set and Screen).

It is a synergistic blend of excellent Wetting-cum-Dispersing Agent for Alkyd / Modified Maleic & Phenolic Resin based Systems. It is based on diglycerides & Veg Oil Ethoxylate.

It is synergistic compound specially designed to impart excellent Dispersion to Pigments in Solvent based systems like Auto Finishes, Industrial Finishes, Liquid Inks (Surface and Lamination).

 "Additive 4149" is a unique blend of proprietary Non-ionic Surfactants. It is an ideal Dispersing Agent for Titanium Dioxide in Solvent based Systems.

Advantages:
One can achieve optimum dispersion of Titanium Dioxide imparts excellent brightness

"Add-Eco 4500" is excellent Wetting-cum-Dispersing Agent for Alkyd / Modified Maleic & Phenolic Resin based Systems. It is mixture of the diglycerides of stearic, palmitic and oleic acids linked to the choline ester of phosphoric acid with Saponified Veg Oil.

"Add-Eco 4503" is excellent Wetting-cum-Dispersing Agent for Alkyd / Modified Maleic & Phenolic Resin, Polyamide, Vinyl based Systems. It is mixture of the diglycerides of stearic, palmitic and oleic acids linked to the choline ester of phosphoric acid Heterocyclic Cationic Surfactant.

"Add-Eco 4509" is a mixture of oil derivatives blended with distillate of Pinus.It is Dispersing Agent for Organic & Inorganic

"Additive 4113" is a Rheology Modifier (Thickening Agent) for Oil, Solvent & Solventless Systems. It is combination of modified vegetable oils.

"Additive 4239" is pigment suspension or anti-settling agent. It is reaction product of Alkyl Hydrogen Sulfate, Poly-inorganic Acid, Fatty Ester Compound and Proprietary Active Anti-set Homopolymer. It is ideally suitable for organic coating compositions.

"Additive 4293" is a special Thickening Agent for Oil and Aromatic Solvent Systems. It is proprietary product of modified vegetable oil.

"Additive 4122" is Silicon Free wide spectrum defoamer based on Complex Hydrocarbons. It is 100% active Liquid Defoamer.

"Additive 4122-S" is Active & Effective Defoamer. It is blend of Activated Silicone Oil with blend of proprietary surfactants.

"Additive 4194" is blend of Surfactant in Ketonic Solvent ideally suitable as Air Release Agent for Solvent System, especially Epoxies.

"Additive 4191" is synergistic blend of various acids that enhances shade brightness and accelerates Dispersion process of Inorganic Pigments. It is ideally suitable for Flexo Inks, Gravure Surface Printing Inks, High Performance Paints.

Additive 4260 is Thixotropic Agent based on Modified Veg. Oil. It is suitable for non-aqueous systems and can be incorporated without preparing Jelly at Grinding Stage.

It is proprietary blend of proven Anionic Ammonium Salt Surfactants suitable for Water based Coatings.

Additive 5160 is blend of Ethoxylate and Propoxylate. It high efficiency Wetting Agent for Water based Paints, Inks, Pigment Emulsion.

Many special effect pigments like pearl pigments losses its effect on Milling. Additive 5172 is a powerful Non-ionic Wetting Agent for such type of Special Effect Pigment based Water Borne Coatings.

"Additive 5235" is Low Molecular Weight Co-polymer based on Carboxylate and Sulfonate ideally suitable for Dispersing Inorganic Pigments and Fillers in Aqueous Systems.

"Additive 5223" is an excellent Dispersing agent for Inorganic Pigments, Fillers, Cement Particles. It can be extensively used in Dry Distemper, Cement based Wall Putty, Cement Paints and Self-leveling Compositions. It promotes fine dispersion with controlled Rheological behavior of Cementitious compositions ensuring for extended workability.

"Additive 5244" is Phosphate based Dispersant for use in Aqueous Systems. Its special Wetting property helps in Penetrating and achieve Dispersion at Lower Dose Level.

It is a unique blend of proprietary Surfactants. It is an ideal General Purpose Dispersant for Aqueous Coatings, Universal Tinters and Pigment Pastes (Pigment Emulsions).

"Add-Eco 5520" is Acrylic Polymer ideally suitable for Wetting & Dispersing Agent for Inorganic Pigments & Fillers in Aqueous Systems. Its Low Foaming tendency enables hassle free processing.

"Additive 5202" is a single Additive replacing all conventional Additives & Preservatives. It is a combination of proven Additives such as System Stabiliser, Wetting & Dispersing Agent, Coalescing Agent, Anti Fungus, Anti Bacteria, Anti Algae, Freeze Thaw Stabiliser, Leveling Agent as to get excellent quality paint.

"Additive 5166" is 35% Active Non-ionic PE Wax Emulsion. It has application in Aqueous formulations such as Water Based Coatings (Emulsion Paints / Textured Paints  Interior & Exterior Finishes / Inks) and Over Print Varnishes, Textile and Leather Treatments, Polishes, Paper and Cardboard Coatings etc.

"Add-Eco 5532" is 25% Solid Non-ionic PE Wax Emulsion.

“Additive 5520” is Acrylic Polymer ideally suitable for Wetting & Dispersing Agent for Inorganic Pigments & Fillers in Aqueous Systems. Its Low Foaming tendency enables hassle free processing.

“Additive 5520 AP” is Acrylic Polymer ideally suitable for Wetting & Dispersing Agent for Organic, Inorganic Pigments & Fillers in Aqueous Systems. Its Low Foaming tendency enables hassle free processing.

Add-Eco 5559 is Dispersing Agent. It is highly recommended for Dispersion of Inorganic Pigments in Aqueous Systems. It permits high Inorganic Pigment / Filler Loading.

"Additive 5151" is highly Active & Effective Defoamer. It is an emulsion of Activated Silicone Oil with blend of proprietary surfactant.

"Additive 5154" is Effective Defoamer in Powder Form. Active Ingredient - silicone oil

"Add-Eco 5505" is Silicon Free defoamer Emulsion. It is Liquid Defoamer based on Mineral Oil and Anionic Surfactant.

"Add-Eco 5535" is Defoamer Emulsion Paste. It is Paste Defoamer based on mineral Oil and Anionic Surfactant. helps dispersion process.

Add-Eco 5550 is Silicon Free defoamer. It is ideally suitable for Chemical Process of mild Acidic to high alkalinity. In addition to destroying foam, It also controls re-foaming tendency of the surfactants incorporated in the system

"Add-Eco 5517" is 20% Active Economic & Effective Silicone Defoamer.

"Add-Eco 5514" is 10% Active Economic & Effective Silicone Defoamer.

Additive 5250 is cellulosic Thickener. It imparts high viscosity suitable for Water based Paints, Inks.

Thickener for Aqueous Systems. Natural Inert product.

It is water-soluble cellulose Thickener. It is a rheology modifier with retarded dissolution properties. It controls flow properties and thickens aqueous solution. Furthermore, it acts as a water retention agent & stabilizes dispersions. It allows formulator to produce paint with excellent (application) properties.

"It is Organic Dispersing Agent. It is highly recommended for Dispersion of Organic Pigments in Aqueous Systems. It is also suitable for Inorganic Pigments and Fillers

It is highly Active & Effective Defoamer for Effluent Treatment Plants. It is an emulsion of Activated Silicone Oil with blend of proprietary surfactants.
